Find the Ambassador Transit Lounge on the 3rd floor of Changi Airport Terminal 2, near Transfer F and Dreamscape Attractions. Present your booking at the reception for check-in and receive details about your included amenities and available facilities.

Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.

As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
