Our incredible experience was scheduled for July 12, 2026! The ease of purchase and the fact that we didn't have to wait in line were fundamental to an experience even better than we imagined! David is truly something monumental in all its grandeur; the line of busts of the emperors and the beautiful sculptures in the Uffizi Gallery are admirable! I have a degree in Design and studied art history; I could spend hours listing all the wonders we were able to see! Thank you so much for providing these unforgettable moments for my family!

The crowds were big and the queues long but the Headout pre-booked tickets got us in quickly and the audio guide made it easy to navigate the highlights of the extraordinary collection at the Accademia Gallery.

Communication was easy. Meeting points were clear. Audio guides were available beforehand so I could make sure they're downloaded and my phone didn't have trouble with downloading at the galleries. Most of all, tickets were not cancelled last second like with some companies- despite both galleries being decently busy when I got there.

Entry super smooth and quick. Our downloaded guide was poor and it was too easy to lose where you where. Not enough rooms were covered by the guide leading to confusion. Would not recommend. The numbering on the rooms was poor in places too. The artwork on show was outstanding. Thank you.
