First of all I would like to give many congratulations to the excellent Pawel who did everything in his power to make this trip unforgettable. You are lucky to have such an employee in your company. The knowledge together with our English skills made this excursion so beautiful. The excursion started when Pawel came from our hotel exactly at the time he told us. The schedule of the excursion was as planned. He gave us all the information we needed. I recommend it to any traveler willing to pay for this activity. Pawel you are an excellent professional!

Both guide & driver were excellent. Scenery also brilliant. But I was disappointed in Zakopane. It didn't live up to my expectations. I was expecting a lovely alpine village but it was more like a tourist fun park full of shops selling souvenirs. I was also expecting to ride up the mountain on the cable car not the funicular. Thermal pool was pleasant but I felt we spent too much time both there & at Zakopane, which, apart from the wonderful views, didn't hold much interest for me. I would have preferred a short stop at the pretty Chocolow village & less time at the main destinations.

Malek was a great guide! Very fun and informative. The views in zakopane were fantastic and the thermal baths a great way to relax after having walked around Poland the last few days.

The pick up was on time, the itinerary well explained and the drive was smooth. Both the driver and the guide were top class. Enjoyable trip, especially the market and the view in Zakopane and the vodka & cheese tasting prior. Would recommend.

Had an amazing time on this tour. Guide Marek was outstanding and bus driver Sebastian did an excellent job considering the treacherous snow conditions. First stop for Vodka and Highlander cheese tasting was great. Trip up Gubalowka was spoiled by the heavy snow conditions not allowing any views (but can’t blame the guide for this ). The thermal baths at the end of the day was a fantastic end to the day, truly magical experience in the outside pool enjoying the hot water with the snow falling. Would definitely recommend.
