COVID Safety Regulations

• COVID antigen tests will be available (at an additional cost) at the venue

• Customers can book the tests upon arrival, corresponding staff will be allotted to manage these requests

• Visitors will receive results the same day to the given email address

• From Cancun

• From Playa del Carmen

Important Information

• The minimum age recommended at Xenses is 5 years old

• Visitors with disabilities should always be accompanied by a family member or friend that can assist them at all times

• Some activities are not recommended for persons with heart and back problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy easily, those who weigh more than 300 lbs, or pregnant women

• Zip-lines have a minimum height requirement of 4.5 ft and a minimum weight requirement of 88 lbs

• Avoid using a selfie stick, a floating cane, or a handler for sport cameras during the activities

• Slip and Bird Flight activities include water areas with a depth between 3.6 and 5.6 ft. It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft, as well as, adults and children who don't know how to swim don’t participate. Both activities are done individually

• Bird Flight activity is recommended for children aged 5 years and older, as long as the harness fits them properly

What to Bring

• Swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing

• Extra change of clothes and a towel

• Sunscreen and insect repellent containing titanium dioxide and zinc oxide

• Cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs or to have a delicious lunch at Xnack or The Grill

Tulum Tour Duration: 2hrs

Discounted Tickets

• Children aged 5 - 11 enjoy reduced prices on their tickets

• An official ID must be presented at the Park’s ticket booths. In case this isn’t possible, the child’s rate will apply to those who measure between 3 and 4.5 ft

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly after the purchase

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone along with a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs

• Please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time

Hotel Transfers

• The ticket includes round-trip transfers from all hotels in the Cancun / Riviera Maya / Playa del Carmen area

• Time: 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM

• You are required to show valid ID proof at the Park’s ticket booth
