Getting started

Be ready at your confirmed hotel lobby or meeting point for pickup from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or the Riviera Maya. Travel first to Tulum, where you will meet your bilingual English-Spanish guide.

What to expect

Tulum archaeological site

Explore the seaside Mayan ruins with your guide and learn about the history and significance of the ancient city. A bottle of water is included, and the shuttle train at the site may be available, subject to operations.

Xel-Há Park

Continue to Xel-Há Park for an all-inclusive visit centred around its natural inlet, river, jungle trails, and family-friendly activity areas.

Snorkeling and river activities

Use the included snorkeling equipment to explore the inlet, or float along the river on an inner tube. Life jackets, inner tubes, lockers, towels, and changing facilities are provided.

Adventure and family areas

Climb the Scenic Lighthouse, try zip-lines, jumps, and rope games at the World of Adventure, explore jungle paths, or visit the Children’s Playground with younger guests.

Food and drinks

Enjoy buffet meals, snacks, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, and a domestic open bar during your time at Xel-Há.

Wrapping up

At the end of the visit, board the return transfer to your selected hotel or meeting point.
