Getting started

Meet your guide at Mirabellplatz 2 in Salzburg city center at 9am for check-in. Board the shuttle bus departing at 9:15am, and receive a brief introduction before heading to the salt mine entrance for ticket validation and safety instructions.

Wheelchairs are not permitted inside the salt mine due to structural conditions.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the mine for safety reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Food and drinks are not included and should not be brought into the mine.
