    • EPIC Museum is open daily from 10am - 6.45pm, with final admission usually between 4.30pm - 5pm.

    • The museum is closed annually from 24th December - 26th December (inclusive).

    • Plan for approximately 90 minutes to complete the self-guided experience.

    • Most standard tickets include a complimentary return visit within 10 days.

    • Genealogy consultations are available both online and in person.

    • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

    • Infants aged 5 and under can enter free of charge.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
