On arrival, check in for your selected format, either the standard join-in small-group class or the exclusive private class for your group. After a brief introduction to the mooncake-making lesson, your instructor outlines the flow of the workshop and shows you the tools and ingredients. You then move straight into preparing your first Vietnamese mooncakes.

This workshop focuses on two traditional Vietnamese mooncakes: baked mooncake and snow skin mooncake. Across the session, you move from basic techniques to finished pieces you can enjoy right away or take home.
