Important Information

According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one SIM Card can be issued per passport.

The passport holder must be at least 16 years old and present at the moment of SIM activation.

This package is exclusively available to tourists visiting the UAE and not to UAE citizens or residents.

You can collect your SIM Card by visiting Etisalat Business Centre or outlet at Abu Dhabi International Airport in the arrival area.

Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption.

Your redemption voucher will be issued to you separately via care@kitmytrip.com email 24 hours prior to your participation date.

Present the voucher with your original passport and visa (if required to travel) when you pick up the SIM card.

Pick-Up Point

Pick up your SIM card at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

After the Customs exit, walk straight to the Arrivals Hall.

Turn right and keep going straight.

You will see our partner shop Etisalat on your left.
