I meant above is the meeting point after the tour. When the tour finished, it would have been better if the guide could suggest what time we should come to the parking area and a brief explanation of the parking area to remind the visitors.

La prise en charge par le chauffeur et le guide est parfaite. Nous avons été bien accompagnés. Par contre il faut comprendre que l'heure indiquée est celle de l'arrivée du véhicule ou mini bus au point de rencontre. Ce n'est pas l'heure de début de la visite.

Die Abholung und der Transfer haben wunderbar funktioniert, der Fahrer hat uns toll und verständlichinformiert. Es waren mE zu viele Gruppen auf einmal in der Mine und der gide war oft sehr schwer zu verstehen , es musste alles sehr schnell gehen, zum Staunen war wenig Zeit.

Important Information.

This tour is not entirely wheelchair accessible.
There are 800 steps on the way in the Salt Mine, including 380 right at the start.
Temperatures can drop to 14 degrees, so make sure to wear warm clothing.
Wear comfortable shoes as there is plenty of walking involved.
To listen to the guide, you will receive a headset.
Bringing luggage to the mine is not allowed with the exception of hand baggage. Hand baggage is considered to be luggage of maximum dimensions 35cm x 20cm x 20cm.
