visited the Wieliczka Salt Mine and it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. The place itself is impressive, and it’s hard to believe that what we see is only about 1% of the entire mine. Our guide was very good and made the tour engaging. She didn’t just explain things, but also asked us questions and involved us, which made the visit more fun and interactive. We also had the chance to taste the famous salt from the mine, real salt, and surprisingly very good! It was a nice and curious moment that added something special to the tour. Even though there are many stairs going down, the experience is absolutely worth it. It was a beautiful excursion and I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

An extremely fascinating place, the Basilica of St. Kinga alone is worth the trip, but there are other very interesting rooms. The entire visit lasts almost three hours, and to return to the surface, you use a very small elevator that is not suitable for those who are claustrophobic. The pick-up service is very useful, although on the way back, we had to wait about twenty minutes for a second driver to arrive because the first one had left without warning.

The tour was very well organized. It was a delightful experience. The experience with the museum guide (of the salt mine) was very pleasant, but you don’t get to spend much time in the mine because you’re tied to the driver’s transport schedule, as the driver doesn’t go inside with you. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

Interesting, informative but heart wrenching at the same time! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and spent time explaining various parts of the camp. The only criticism is that there were exhibits we didn't get to see due to time constraints of the actual tour

The tour was brilliant and the tour guide very good and funny too, the hole place is amazing, but be prepared to walk a lot of stairs, once deep inside the mine it's an amazing place and huge, a lot to take in a see. Very good tour, from pickup to return, very well organised.

Thoroughly enjoyable and informative tour. Tour guide was excellent and extremely passionate about the history of the salt mines. Unfortunately her name escapes me but was a slim , red headed long haired lady . Sorry for not remembering her name.

The mine is definitely worth a visit. The transportation was a tad overpriced in my opinion. Our driver didn't speak German which wasn't a problem for us but could be for some. The tickets were ordinary tickets. Not a fast pass as advertised .
