Loved everything about our experience!! The tour was awesome and everything went smoothly. The only complaint I have is that I received an email with one meeting point and after we got there I checked my email again and saw that we were supposed to be at a different meeting point. We literally ran to the 2nd point only to find out we could've been picked up at the 1st spot. Regardless, we loved it and would definitely book with you again!!

The place is outstanding, understand why Krakow was one of the richest cities in the 400s, salt equal to gold, and there is plenty of it here. Excellent guide, safe route

I meant above is the meeting point after the tour. When the tour finished, it would have been better if the guide could suggest what time we should come to the parking area and a brief explanation of the parking area to remind the visitors.

The driver and guide took care of us perfectly. We were well accompanied. However, it's important to understand that the time indicated is when the vehicle or mini-bus arrives at the meeting point. It is not the starting time of the tour.

Die Abholung und der Transfer haben wunderbar funktioniert, der Fahrer hat uns toll und verständlichinformiert. Es waren mE zu viele Gruppen auf einmal in der Mine und der gide war oft sehr schwer zu verstehen , es musste alles sehr schnell gehen, zum Staunen war wenig Zeit.

Important Information.

This tour is not entirely wheelchair accessible.
There are 800 steps on the way in the Salt Mine, including 380 right at the start.
Temperatures can drop to 14 degrees, so make sure to wear warm clothing.
Wear comfortable shoes as there is plenty of walking involved.
To listen to the guide, you will receive a headset.
Bringing luggage to the mine is not allowed with the exception of hand baggage. Hand baggage is considered to be luggage of maximum dimensions 35cm x 20cm x 20cm.
