Easy to book although you need to get a paper ticket & check in once you arrive. Not sure why I had 3 tickets under my name though. Wonderful performance.

Really nice evening! Getting the tickets was really easy and close to the puppet theater. Easy access to the theater and we had a great time. The seats are elevated so I wouldn't necessarily pay extra to be closer if I would go back. I recommend!

Great show but the the lack of a digital ticket reader for entry is extremely inefficient. And the process for getting the physical ticket was poorly organized.

It was a memorable show. The musicians were amazing and the accustic of the room elevated it to onether level. We could live the vietnamit culture at its higher level.

A fantastic show that everyone should see at least once in their lifetime. The big problem is the tourists who have absolutely no respect for the performers. They stand up, change seats, talk loudly, take photos with their arms raised… it’s frankly shameful. The audio guide is helpful for understanding the show, but it could be improved: it doesn’t stay on your ear very well, and the explanations are a bit hard to understand at times. Maybe the ideal solution would be to have English subtitles displayed directly in the theater?

The Thang Long water puppet show is spectacular. I had watched this show the first time in Apr this year and was soo spellbound that I watched it again last week. And even on a repeat watch it was soo enjoyable. The music is mesmerizing and almost feels meditative. The puppetry was soo well choreographed and skillfull. The folks tales were told in a humourous yet informative way. If you want a true slice of Vietnamese life, do take an hour out to watch this show. You will not regret it. Oh yes do take the audio guide so you can follow the story!
