What's not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for baby food/formula or food for guests with specific dietary needs.

Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Drones, remote-controlled toys, skateboards, scooters, and inline skates are not permitted inside the parks.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Inappropriate swimwear, swimwear with buckles, rivets, zippers, or exposed metal, and other sharp objects are not allowed at the water parks.

Jeans and wetsuits are not permitted on multiple rides at the water parks, including but not limited to: Bay Slides, Humunga Kowabunga, Ketchakiddee Creek, and Storm Slides.

The parks are wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances and facilities available throughout.

Accessible restrooms and companion restrooms are available at multiple locations.

Strollers are available for rent at the park entrance.
