What to bring

• Ticket code: Enter your ticket code on the Roamer redemption page from your confirmation before you set off.
• Phone and data: Bring a charged phone; use mobile data or open the tour on Wi-Fi before starting if you will be offline.
• Earphones: Bring earphones so you can listen comfortably as you walk.
• Clothing: Bring a light layer and sun protection, as the cliff-top parks are exposed to sun and wind.

• Tour access: The tour opens in your phone browser, so you do not need to download any app.
• Best time to go: Walk by day, ideally late morning to afternoon; avoid cliff-top parks after dark.
• Weather note: Expect grey, drizzly garúa from April to November and sunnier days from December to March.
• Start location: Parque Kennedy is in central Miraflores, with Metropolitano stops Ricardo Palma and Benavides a short walk east.
• Nearby sites: Huaca Pucllana is about 1.2 km north of Parque Kennedy and is closed on Tuesdays.
• Museum tip: Check opening hours for Casa Museo Ricardo Palma and Centro Cultural Ricardo Palma before visiting.
• Paragliding: Tandem paragliding flights leave from Parque Raimondi by day, weather permitting, under a municipal agreement with licensed pilots. There is no official published price: agree it with the pilot before you fly.
• Surf beaches: Makaha and Waikiki beaches sit below the cliffs; the return climb is steep and the beach highway carries fast traffic.
• Route end: The walk ends at Parque Raimondi, with Faro La Marina and the Barranco walk reachable along the coast.
• Pickpocketing: Keep your phone and bag close in and around Parque Kennedy, especially when taking photos.
• Road safety: Cross Avenida Larco, Avenida Benavides, and cliff-end roads only at traffic lights and keep off the bus lane.
• Cycle path: Stay on the footpath along the cliff-top parks and watch for bikes on the two-way cycle path.
• Cliff safety: Stay on paths and behind hedges and railings, as the gravel cliff edge can crumble, and keep children close.
• Daytime only: Treat this as a daytime walk, as some cliff-top park edges are dimly lit after dark.
