Lille Craft Brewery Tour with Beer Tasting and Self-Guided Audio City Tour

Explore Lille's craft brewery scene and historic center in one combined 2h30 guided and audio-guided experience.

Getting started

Begin your experience by heading to the designated craft brewery in Lille at your scheduled time for a 1-hour guided visit. Meet the brewer, who will lead you through the production area and guide the on-site tasting of 3 local brews or organic local apple juice. After the brewery visit, you will be ready to use your smartphone link for the separate 1h30 audio-guided Lille tour.

What to expect

Craft brewery visit with tasting

This first part of your experience is a 1-hour guided visit to a craft brewery in Lille, led by the brewer. You explore the production spaces and learn how local know-how shapes each brew.

Features

• A 1-hour guided visit to the craft brewery is led directly by a brewer, who explains each stage of production, from the choice of raw materials to the brewing techniques that shape flavor and character.
• During the visit, you see the behind-the-scenes brewing process, observing ingredients like malt and hops and understanding how different methods produce distinct styles.
• The brewery visit concludes with a tasting of 3 local brews in the brewery, or an organic local apple juice alternative for anyone who prefers not to consume local brews.

Lille audio-guided tour via smartphone

After the brewery, you continue independently with a 1h30 audio-guided Lille tour accessible via your smartphone. The content is comparable to a traditional guided walk, but you move entirely at your own pace.

Features

• The day before your visit, you receive a link to a dedicated app that turns your smartphone into a personal audio guide for 1h30, so you can start the Lille tour whenever it suits your schedule.
• The route leads you to several iconic sites in the city, including the Vieille Bourse, the Opera, the Palais des Beaux-Arts, and the Cathedral Notre-Dame-de-la-Treille, along with other key locations in Lille.
• Rich audio commentary provides context at each stop, while the self-guided format means there is no group to follow, no fixed pace, and the freedom to pause, replay, or linger where you like.
