What to bring

• Bring a smartphone with at least 50% battery and an active internet connection to access and play the city exploration game.
• Download the Questo app and create an account using the same email address as your purchase before starting the experience.
• Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking between various sites.

What's not allowed

• Infants must not sit on laps during the experience, and infant seats are not available.

Accessibility

• Not wheelchair accessible.
• Stroller and pram access is available for those visiting with young children.

• The city exploration game can only be played between 10am and 4pm, so please plan your visit accordingly and be aware of museum closing times along the route.
• Animals or pets are allowed during the experience.
• Public transportation is available nearby for convenient access to the starting point and throughout the route.
