What to expect

Bath city self-guided walking tour

This experience lets you discover the city of Bath at your own pace using your phone as your private guide. You move independently between sights like the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, choosing from three routes that highlight different sides of the city.

Features

• Follow a full walking tour of Bath via mobile app, using the GPS-based guidance and commentary to navigate between points of interest without an in-person guide.
• Access information in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian and German in the DareMapp app, so everyone in your group can follow along in a language they understand.
• Explore iconic attractions like the Roman Baths and the Abbey, along with other recommended stops, using the Bath Essential route as a core introduction to the city.
• Switch between three routes, Bath Essential, Georgian Bath and The Bridgerton, to see different neighborhoods and stories, from Bath's Georgian architecture to locations linked to the Bridgerton universe.
• Use the flexible route with self-paced stops and timing to pause for gastronomy recommendations or family activities, then resume exactly where you left off.
• Rely on 24/7 access, 365 days a year, so you can start early in the morning, continue after dark, or spread your visit across multiple days.
• Keep lifetime tour access once it is unlocked; the tour access never expires, so you can return to Bath in the future and reuse the content without any additional purchase.
