Walking Tours in Prague

It was beautiful to discover Prague through Kafka's voice and to also delve deeper into some aspects of his life that I didn't remember :)

Peter was amazing....the best Guide ever!! Learnt more on this tour of the Old Jewish Quarter than I could of hoped to in a lifetime!! Loved every second of this tour.... highly recommend

It was really interesting to learn about the historical side of the tour, and the guide was very friendly. We would have liked a few more stories related to the synagogues and some explanations inside them, but we understand that they are sacred spaces and that it would not be appropriate to create additional noise.

Jana was a really good guide and she also spent a few extra minutes at the end of the tour to tell us everything she wanted to say. Nice to end the tour at the castle!

What I liked best were the cathedral and its beautiful stained-glass windows. The castle is huge, but only a small part of it is open to the public. The tour was very interesting, and our guide was very knowledgeable about history, though after an hour or two it started to get a bit tiring.

This tour was excellent! I learned so much about Franz Kafka's life and works. In imagination, I felt like I was tracing Kafka's footsteps and viewing life from his perspective. Our guide, Zora was fantastic! She was highly knowledgeable about Kafka's life and times. She was also an excellent communicator, and had a great sense of humor! Besides telling us all about Kafka, Zora answered questions and shared stories about Czech history and culture, including her personal experiences living under communism. The tour conckuded at the Louvre Cafe where I enjoyed a complimentary beet (excellent!)--where Kafka would converse and socialize with friends and colleagues. I highly recommend this tour!!
