What to bring

• Have your entry tickets and ID ready for a seamless experience.

• Bring along your towel, spare clothes, swimsuit, including lycra garments above the knee and elbow, boxer shorts, swimming trunks, one-piece wear, and bikinis for the experience

• Bring local currency or your preferred payment method for extras not covered by the ticket.

What's not allowed

• Sharp metallic tools or objects, alcohol, food & beverages, bermudas, shorts, strings, tangas, pareos, and surfer’s wetsuits are not allowed in this experience.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Photography is strictly prohibited at the venue.

• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 13 years unless they are accompanied by their guardians.

• Height restrictions apply, and your child will be measured without shoes before accessing the slides and pools.

Accessibility

• This experience is partially accessible to wheelchair and pram/strollers.

• Pregnant people or visitors with plastic casts are not best fit for this experience.

• Facilities: lockers, paid parking for €13, restroom, changing rooms, restaurant.

• Please wear clean swimwear without zips, buttons, or other add-ons that might pose a safety risk.

• Children under 2 must wear swim diapers while using the pools.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
