Unlimited public transportation is a must if you don't want to end up dead on your visit to Vienna. You have to walk around the cities, but there comes a time when you need that bus or subway. Also if you are going to see Schönbrunn it is important to have a transport card.

Figlmüller and Gerstner - great. Schönbrunn Palace and the Riding School, of course. But the Hofburg, the Volksgarten and the horse-drawn carriages are also absolute highlights. The city is full of life and energy - at Stephansplatz with the cathedral - just like everywhere else. We will be back!

Public transport in Vienna is very well organized. Unfortunately, there are currently many construction sites in Vienna, so there are a few restrictions. Nevertheless, Vienna is always worth a visit.

The local transport was punctual, the connections were good, we didn't have long waiting times, we particularly noticed the cleanliness in the trains and in the stations, there was fresh air everywhere and no stench as we know it from other metropolises
