Everything worked well with the tickets... but it was necessary to download the app! We were missing information on where to find what...and the information on the nearest toilet and its location was not ideal. Long distances to the destination. But an interesting facility.Sophie

No problem with the tour, but the directions weren't clear enough on the tickets. We thought access to the Trianon was via the Palace of Versailles, so we had to hurry to get to the Trianon at the other end of the estate in time.

I wish there had been more signs for the Petit Trianon. I couldn't find the grotto or the Queen's Village. What's more, it was stiflingly hot. And I was amazed to find that there were no working fountains at Versailles. And when I bought my ticket for the gardens, no one warned me that the fountains wouldn't be working.

Your visit begins with direct access to the Trianon Estate, a retreat built for the French royals. Upon arrival, pass through a security check where ID and ticket validation are required.
