The courtyard in front of Casa di Giulietta gets absolutely wall-to-wall crowded, so having this reserved timed entry ticket was a total lifesaver. We walked right past the massive main line. The courtyard with the bronze statue is free to enter, but going up onto the famous balcony and seeing the museum exhibits inside requires this ticket. Audio guide on the app was super easy to download and informative!

Inside the museum, seeing the costume set and bed from Zeffirelli's 1968 movie adaptation was a great touch.
