A practical reason to wait less with a guide The guide was particularly friendly and interesting - the fact that he explained the paintings in the Sistine Chapel before going in was a nice touch - given how crowded it was-. It would be a good idea for participants to make arrangements to go to the toilet before entering the museum (waste of time)-. Otherwise an interesting visit, although frustrating to miss out on rooms that might interest you. But a good guide - with a sense of humor😂

Then the meeting point is easy to locate and close to the starting point to go to the museums. We had Marta as our guide who despite some inconveniences beyond her control, knew how to handle the situation and lead the tour in the best way, she gave relevant informative tips and the route was chosen with good criteria. Almost everthing from the start the explanation for the michael angelos painting before entering is more nicer so when we were there we are just enjoying all the paintings as its been explained well by our tourist guide is too many to remember but mostly we did remember the explanations.. we love all the ceiling and we really enjoyed everything and i hope we can go back again and bring our children for next time around. Thank you....

This was by far our favourite tour of our European holiday. Barbera was an exceptional guide—knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging, with explanations that were easy to follow and brought to life through her expressive delivery. We were especially grateful for her patience at the start, as our little one needed a bathroom break and we arrived slightly closer to the start time than usual. Although the tour is typically three hours, Barbera was very generous with her time, frequently stopping to highlight and explain details throughout the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, including paintings, tapestries, sculptures, and architectural features. She was funny, courteous, and truly enriched our experience. We absolutely loved this tour and would highly recommend Barbera to anyone visiting the Vatican.
