The punctuality and friendliness of the management team; having time to look, take photos; competent passing on of information - however, you should think about whether you should also offer German and thus offer an internal differentiation. Thank you!

The gardens and palace were absolutely beautiful. We loved the peacefulness of the gardens — a perfect place to stroll and take in the atmosphere. The art throughout the palace was magnificent, with the ceilings being a highlight. Every staff member we spoke to was incredibly informative and eager to share the history and stories behind the place. We absolutely loved our visit!

Easy to book tickets on line, taxi from Florence main station was only 13 euros as I did not want to walk as I am 70. Same return re taxi. Easy exchange of on line tickets to actual tickets at pitti palace, breathtaking rooms in PP. A bit hot in gardens and could be better sign posted. Overall would highly recommend booking this way.

It was really nice to land and have a beautiful hotel to walk into. Room was nice but what made it were the concierge's. Quite nice and helpful. It was a quick stay. Ferries don't always come on time but that is Italy

Before the Vasari walk, you can visit the Uffizi Gallery for two hours. This time limit is definitely too short. Three hours would be a minimum. The Vasari Gallery is only signposted once you have almost found it. I must have asked five members of staff where the entrance was and finally asked the cleaning lady for directions. Of the two hours in the Uffizi, you should plan 20 minutes for the search for the Vasari corridor.
