Unaccompanied minors: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility

Mobility requirements: Some stops involve rough terrain or steps and may be challenging for wheelchair users.

Boarding the coach: You must be able to board and exit the coach using its steps, either independently or with help from a travel companion. Guides cannot provide physical assistance.

Wheelchair storage: Foldable or collapsible wheelchairs can be stored in the coach's luggage area.

Accommodation accessibility: Your accommodation may have limited wheelchair access.

Check-in: Check-in closes at 8 am for an 8:15 am departure. Arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in and arrange transport to the departure point in advance.

Duration and return time: The tour returns at approximately 5 pm, depending on traffic and weather. Allow at least 3 hours after the scheduled return for onward plans.

Restroom breaks: Coaches do not have toilets, but regular comfort stops are provided.

Luggage allowance: Each guest may bring one suitcase weighing up to 33lb (15kg) and one carry-on bag.

Loch Ness cruise: The boat cruise is included only with selected ticket options. If extreme weather forces a cancellation, any purchased cruise ticket will be refunded.

Minimum age: Children must be at least 5 years old. Those aged 5–17 must travel with an adult.
