Having the Express pass 7/8 was definitely a great way to visit the Park without any waiting in lines allowing us to enjoy all the best rides in one day. The price is well worth it. My 12 year old daughter had the time of her life and the highlight of our day was when we did the Hollywood ride at sunset. Just the two of us (the boys chickened out). A great memory to share with her.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at Universal Studios Japan! We’re huge fans of the Mario universe, so visiting Super Nintendo World was a dream come true. The Express Pass was absolutely worth it because the regular queues were very long for our desired rides, and it allowed us to enjoy everything without spending hours waiting (only minutes!) Headout made the entire ticket process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Everything worked perfectly and we had no issues at all entering the park or using the passes. Thank you for helping make such a fun and memorable day! If I ever need tickets in the future, I know where to go now 😊

If your a coming to universal make sure you buy the express pass for at least 8+ rides it's worth every cent, also when you do but the express pass you will be on a timed schedule starting at 11:00 am (was for us anyway) we arrived late and couldn't find where our 1st ride was and missed the timer. Even so we came back later and asked if we could still use the express ride and it was no issue at all

    In terms of concept, the theme park is very reminiscent of Germany’s Movie Park—it features many themed areas, shows, and attractions that clearly focus on film and immersive worlds. You can definitely tell that a lot of attention to detail has been invested here, which makes the park special at first glance. However, this impression is quickly put into perspective: It’s nice for a one-time visit, maybe even a second time, but beyond that, in our view, the park doesn’t offer much incentive to return. What was truly disappointing, however, is the value for money of the Fast Passes. They cost a lot of money, but “fast” is often relative here—while you could skip the main line, the fact that some people simply had a Fast Pass meant it wasn’t really “fast” anymore. This needs to be addressed urgently, because it makes you feel ripped off rather than privileged. We also view the staff’s treatment of visitors as particularly problematic. On multiple occasions, we got the impression that people were treated with bias based on their body type. Anyone who deviates even slightly from the “norm” is immediately sent to test seats. Even if they fit, they were still turned away at the attraction—on the grounds that they didn’t fit “well enough.” This approach not only seems inconsistent but also discriminatory and very unpleasant for those affected. Overall, a visually beautiful park with good potential, but with significant weaknesses in service and guest relations.
