The package was to good to Miss out on. Covered pretty much everything with minimal waiting times. Universal Studios is a great day out whether with family or by yourself. Get attractions and so much to do. Loved the Harry Potter area and most of all the Jarassic Park area, the rides are insane.

The rides are really well done—they’re a real treat for the eyes—but the big problem is the wait times. I’d recommend getting there when it opens and rushing to the DK ride first, since the wait is usually around 3 hours, and then the Mario Kart ride. Get as many Fast Passes as you can, or you’ll waste a lot of time waiting.

The booking process—and the vouchers, for that matter—worked without a hitch, but you couldn’t always use them; they were only valid during the designated time slots (which you can’t choose yourself) and only if the ride wasn’t out of service (due to overcrowding). Even the Express Pass is useless in that case.

It was great to skip the lines as you would never get everything done in one day at USJ. However it was disappointing that you could only use the pass once at each attraction. Otherwise it was a fun day out and we got to most things we wanted and removed aloy of waiting period.

Buying the ticket went smoothly. The park was okay, and it was pretty good with the FastPass. There are more food options than rides, and without a FastPass, it’s incredibly tedious because no matter how small the rides are, you have to wait in line for 45 minutes or more. I also bought an extra ticket for Nintendo World, which wasn’t necessary at all since that section of the park was open to everyone. The staff at the park were super friendly, and it’s very clean and beautiful, but I know much better amusement parks that don’t cost nearly as much and don’t try to make extra money by selling an absurd amount of merchandise.

Unfortunately, I only received the Express Pass ticket and not the ticket to enter Universal Studios; it wasn’t until I was denied entry and contacted customer support that the ticket arrived about 50 minutes later. Since I wasn’t sure if it would work at all, I bought a day pass through another site in the meantime so as not to block the line any further. In the end, customer support worked out, and I received the ticket (albeit late). For this reason, 3 stars. If I had received both tickets immediately after purchase, it would have been 5 stars.

What's not allowed

Re-entry to the park is not allowed once you exit the park.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented for a small fee. However, they are subject to availability and cannot be reserved beforehand.

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

Depending on your height or medical condition, you may be unable to use some attractions.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.
