The park entry and use of the QR codes for express lanes worked seamlessly. Surprisingly, we made all the timed entries on our pass, even though there were a few rides that were timed back to back. Our pass came with options of rides to choose from which was nice. Buyers should know they are paying a huge markup for purchasing these tickets via Headout app. It was still worth it for us because the express passes on the official Universal Studios site were sold out. We had an amazing time there.

The Universal Express Pass is an excellent investment for getting the most out of the park. It significantly reduces wait times at the most popular attractions and helps you make the most of your day. Although the price may seem high, the convenience and time saved make it well worth it, especially during peak periods. I highly recommend it for a more enjoyable and less stressful experience.

Tickets were delivered very quickly, easily accessible through email, had no issues using them in the park. Reminder emails were wonderful, and using the app is very easy and user friendly, I love the suggestions of attractions to see in each city I'm visiting as well.

The fastpass was a must in order to maximize time in the patk and get on more than 2-3 rides. The park entry took sometime so recommend to show up 30 minutes before official opening to avoid waiting an hour just to get into park.

We picked up our tickets the day before. We skipped all the lines with the Express Pass—the attractions on the Express Pass have specific time slots, so you have to be on time. Other than that, it was a great experience; I highly recommend it.

I loved the park. The staff was amazing and the ride process was simple and we got on every ride we wanted to. Don't believe the fake videos online showing mass chaos. We waited less than a minute to walk in. My only negative would be that Osaka is known for great food and the food in the park was not very good. I still recommend coming as it was even better then their California location.

QR code difficulty to enter park and difficulty express pass. Staff member was aggressive and disrespectful when entering park. Expensive but has international reputation and visitors and huge advertising. Wait times was indecisive. Kids had fun.

What's not allowed

Re-entry to the park is not allowed once you exit the park.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented for a small fee. However, they are subject to availability and cannot be reserved beforehand.

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

Depending on your height or medical condition, you may be unable to use some attractions.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ no longer requires timed entry. If Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ is included in your Express Pass, you can ride anytime during park hours using the Express Pass lane.

You can upload your USJ Studio Pass ticket on the USJ app to secure timed entry to SUPER NINTENDO WORLD.

Please note that USJ Express Pass tickets cannot be uploaded in the USJ app as there is no such provision.

The Studio Pass is used for entry into the theme park, while the Express Pass is used at the entrance of each ride for priority access.
