Once we arrived, we pretty much disregarded all of our previous park experiences. Universal Studios was absolutely amazing. The entire staff, from the greeting individuals at the front to the people that saw us when we departed were extremely courteous and welcoming. The staff that greeted us in the restaurants, cleaned our tables were just so upbeat. Staff in the stores, and walking on the street greeted us with a smile. It was a wsrm day and I am sure working is not always great but one would never know this judging by the staff. We have been to several parks over the years, Disney in the States, Japan and at least 20 times to Europe Disney, which is where we live and never have had such a great experience. By the way, I am not looking for an award. I just wanted to express our feelings about Universal Studios.SSabrina B

Every detail was carefully thought out, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the various settings dedicated to the most famous franchises. The only downside is that there are no rides for very young children; the minimum height requirement is 92 centimeters, so children under two years old won’t be able to enjoy any rides. The walk through the park was just as enjoyable as the castle itself. It can get quite busy, but the views from the top are worth it. Definitely one of those places you should see at least once when visiting Osaka.

- Should you wish to store your belongings, a fee of JPY 100 per item applies at the entrance ticket counter. This service is available from 9am to 4:30pm, with the last pickup at 5pm.
