The universal studios Japan experience was magnificent. Everything was extremely organized, prepared, and staff were there to help at every point. With our general admission tickets we were able to get on every single ride. We arrived at 7:45am and finished the park by 4:30pm. Started at Super Mario World and then worked our way through the rest of the park. Staff were handing out stickers for first time visitors, they had a Jujutsu Kaisen special event. Merch is unbelievable, pricing at the park is awesome compared to back home (Orlando). This was a 10/10 experience and can't wait to experience it at some point in my life again when I'm back to Japan again. Universal studios Japan is a MUST stop on every Japan itinerary. It completely changes the tone of the trip and makes you feel like a little kid again (for context I am 37).

We had an amazing time at Universal Studios Japan! The park was incredibly clean, organized, and full of energy from the moment we walked in. The rides were top tier, especially Super Nintendo World and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — both felt immersive and detailed beyond expectations. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, even during busy hours, and the food options were surprisingly good throughout the park. The atmosphere at night was also unforgettable, with the lights, music, and themed areas making the whole experience feel magical. Wait times can get long for popular attractions, but using timed entry and planning ahead made everything much smoother. Overall, it was one of the best theme park experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.

Having booked tickets to Universal Studios Japan in advance with Headout, using the provided QR code to enter the park gates was easy. The park itself was a delight at every turn! Each themed section of the park provided a new kind of immersion. Even the waiting queues of the rides were part of the thematic experience, making an otherwise long wait a part of the adventure! I hope to come back soon, so as to try out Nintendo Land, which my group wasn't able to do this time. (Nintendo Land e-tickets seem to sell out fast, so book one well in advance!)

Experience the best of the fictional world as you immerse yourself in the rides and attractions of Universal Studios Japan without waiting in long queues.

What's not allowed

Guests will not be admitted if they suffer from conditions that could be aggravated by taking part in this attraction, cannot maintain the proper seating position, cannot use the seat due to their build, cannot firmly attach the restraints, or are wearing a cast.

The experience is not suitable for guests with heart/blood pressure disorders, neck, back & spine disorders, expectant mothers, or guests afflicted with motion sickness, dizziness, fear of heights, and claustrophobia.

Height restrictions are applicable for certain attractions.

Photography, video recording, smoking, and drinking within the premises are prohibited.

Entry is only allowed once within the indicated date and time.

Accessibility

Wheelchair and stroller rental is available at the Park but can't be reserved. Subject to availability.

Guests who use wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs will be required to switch to the seats used on the ride.

Please speak with a crew member beforehand if you have a prosthetic arm/leg or a plaster cast.

Pets and guide dogs are allowed. Pet daycare at an additional cost is available.

Important Information

Attractions may be closed on certain days for maintenance.

If an attraction is out of service, the Express Pass can be used once for another attraction that is not included in the Express Pass.

This ticket is for non-Japanese passport holders only.

Each Express Pass for closed attractions allows you to experience one of the designated attractions and reach out to on-site staff.

Large/extra-large lockers are only available outside the park at an additional cost.
