What's not allowed
- Guests will not be admitted if they suffer from conditions that could be aggravated by taking part in this attraction, cannot maintain the proper seating position, cannot use the seat due to their build, cannot firmly attach the restraints, or are wearing a cast.
- The experience is not suitable for guests with heart/blood pressure disorders, neck, back & spine disorders, expectant mothers, or guests afflicted with motion sickness, dizziness, fear of heights, and claustrophobia.
- Height restrictions are applicable for certain attractions.
- Photography, video recording, smoking, and drinking within the premises are prohibited.
- Entry is only allowed once within the indicated date and time.
Accessibility
- Wheelchair and stroller rental is available at the Park but can't be reserved. Subject to availability.
- Guests who use wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs will be required to switch to the seats used on the ride.
- Please speak with a crew member beforehand if you have a prosthetic arm/leg or a plaster cast.
- Pets and guide dogs are allowed. Pet daycare at an additional cost is available.
Important Information
- Attractions may be closed on certain days for maintenance.
- If an attraction is out of service, the Express Pass can be used once for another attraction that is not included in the Express Pass.
- This ticket is for non-Japanese passport holders only.
- Each Express Pass for closed attractions allows you to experience one of the designated attractions and reach out to on-site staff.
- Large/extra-large lockers are only available outside the park at an additional cost.
