The Harry Potter World was fantastic and unbeatable better then anything else. So nice Souvenirs, but unfortunatly seriously a way to expensiv. Easy ticket entrance and nice and friendly staff. I was heaps dissapointed from the Super Mario World Rides tho. Not worth it at all to wait in a queue for that! The queues in generell were to long, we missed out on heaps of things because of that. But those details in the Mario world were awesome, good on you! the Jurassic World and Harry potter world were my favouritesSimone

Harukas 300
Getting started
Enter Abeno Harukas through the Kintetsu Department Store building. Show your ticket at the Harukas 300 reception on the 16th floor. Take the high-speed elevator up.
What to expect
Harukas 300 is the highest observation deck in Japan, offering sweeping views of Osaka from 300 meters above ground.

What's not allowed
Harukas 300
- Visitors should refrain from having food and drinks inside the observatory except when inside the cafe located on the 58th floor.
- Guests aged 3 and below are restricted from participating in the heliport tour.

- Re-entry to the park is not allowed once you exit the park.

- This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.
- Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented for a small fee. However, they are subject to availability and cannot be reserved beforehand.
- It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.
- It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.
- This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.
- This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.
- Depending on your height or medical condition, you may be unable to use some attractions.
- Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Harukas 300
- This ticket is not valid for Japanese passport holders.
- Present your Headout voucher at the venue for a free Godzilla sticker during the 'Godzilla Attacks' event. Limited stocks available, so hurry!
- The entrance fee also covers the opportunity to enjoy the fabulous Tenku Hanabi fireworks in the Sky Garden area.
- Make sure to arrive at least 15 mins prior to the Heliport tour so that you can have sufficient time to complete the registration process at the Information Counter on the 60th floor.
