A Truly Immersive Experience! Visiting Universal Studios Osaka was an incredible experience. I was completely immersed from the moment I entered — one minute I was walking through Diagon Alley and exploring the halls of Hogwarts, and the next I found myself in the vibrant world of Super Mario. The level of detail is outstanding — from the music and sounds to every little visual element, everything is designed to make you feel part of the story. Tip for future visitors: the Super Nintendo World area has timed entry, so make sure to reserve your entry slot as early as possible through the official Universal Studios app.

I find the different programmes engaging and I had a fun filled day. I just find that the rides took a long waiting time and though there is the option for single patrons to queue separately, many people abused the system with people of obvious familial looks obviously having travelled together still took the queue meant for SINGLE travelling patrons. Staff were friendly enough and were generally helpful but still very very weak and limited in English. For a tourist attraction bringing people from all over the world, the Japanese staff should be proficient in conversational English to help more effectively.

It's an incredible experience. Super Nintendo World is truly unique. We were there in December and got there at 9:30 am. We waited no longer than five minutes both at the security check and at the entrance. The waiting time for the individual attractions was completely ok until 12 noon. After that it got really long with up to 120 minutes. It's best to get there early, book a timeslot in Super Nintendo World and check it out. Then relax and enjoy the day.

Our visit to Universal Studios Japan was amazing! We went as a group of three and had an incredible time exploring all the attractions. The rides were thrilling, the themed areas were super immersive, and the atmosphere was full of energy. We also bought our tickets through this app, and everything worked perfectly with no issues at all. It was definitely one of the coolest experiences of our trip

I loved it; I had gone by myself. I bought my ticket a day in advance. Unfortunately, the other tickets were already sold out. It was really super crowded and that on a Tuesday. But wow how great it was made. Especially Harry Potter. Thanks for a great day!

Quick and easy payment, worked at Disney's scanning entrance. Was a good crowd in the morning but became more crowded in the afternoon and again in the evening. Rides were consistently long, with some dropping to only a 15-20 minute wait.
