We purchased a two-days for the price of one deal to Universal Studios Hollywood and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Having our tickets readily available in the Headout App gave us one less thing to carry or worry about and entrance into the park on both days was a breeze. We were visiting from Japan and so were expecting super long lines like you see in the big theme parks there and so were pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. We got into the park proper easily within 10 minutes of arrival and found short wait times for the rides in the morning hours. If did get more crowded in the afternoons, but was still less than we were used to and expecting. This was an easy-rate 5 star experience for us.

A beautiful place, even though it's very crowded. It's worth visiting at least once when you're in Los Angeles, but come early in the morning when it opens to avoid long lines at the individual rides.

I’d give Universal Studios Hollywood a full five stars. There were plenty of restrooms, lots of cooling stations, and many staff members around to help. Even with just the general admission ticket, there was so much to enjoy that the $150 felt completely worth it. We went on Jurassic Park, Transformers, The Mummy, and watched WaterWorld, and since we arrived at 9 AM, the lines were short — we waited no more than 15 minutes for each ride. The only downside was the parking. There are so many parking lots that it was a bit difficult to find our car afterward. Make sure to take a photo of your parking spot or note exactly where you parked.

Purchasing the tickets through Headout was easy, and the price was exactly the same as on the official Universal Studios website. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, and the Studio Tour was great. However, the waiting times for the other attractions were insane. The price of Universal Express tickets was also ridiculous—over $1,000. Because of the 33°C heat, we decided to skip the rides and visit Six Flags on another day instead.

Well, it's certainly special that I spent $75 more than I needed to on tickets to Universal Studios! I'm still really bummed that I paid so much more for my tickets by buying them through this thrid party. I was on my cell and in a hurry, so I thought I was buying directly from universal. Maybe if I win the $100 reward for writing this review, I'll feel less stupid.
