Already being there is memorable. It was raining inside, the best was dripping from the roof ,blocked the staircase formed a long queue for the elevator. It is the Uffizi, it must not drip inside and you have to find quicker solutions, to dry 2 drops. Amazing place as always otherwise. 6 time for me mao disappointed

Seeing the Birth of Venus in person was great! It was a really nice museum but I have to say the crowd was already busy at 11 AM. There are four flights of stairs to the permanent gallery so be prepared. Lastly it was very difficult to locate the person with the tickets.

Museum itself was great. Purchasing was easy. What it doesn't explain clearly was that you need to go to a ticketing agency to get brought over by a representative. You need to click on a drop down menu under meeting point to know this. Then the map is small and cannot be expanded. Copying the name of the agency into maps showed the wrong location across from the river. It was only after copying the actual address that I found the proper location.
