The experience, namely the TV Tower visit, was outstanding. However, the coordination with Headout beforehand wasn't great, which really put a damper on my excitement. I couldn't download the required app, and without it, getting the tickets was a bit difficult. For example, I was told they couldn't send them to me as a PDF by email due to potential errors, though it turned out to be possible later on. Before that, though, I was worried I wouldn't even get my tickets in time, which, as I said, really ruined my anticipation.

The last time I was here was in the mid-70s, with at least two hours of waiting in line. Now, it was very relaxed with the reservation. We really enjoyed it. Very friendly and humorous service. We had a delicious meal. I would say the price-performance ratio is good. As far as I remember, one rotation used to take an hour. Now you get around in about half an hour. That's not bad either. All in all, a successful afternoon.

We went to have breakfast at the TV Tower restaurant and, besides having a great breakfast, we really enjoyed the bird's-eye views of Berlin. The entire restaurant rotates, so you don't miss a single detail of this beautiful city. In addition, the waitstaff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I recommend it one hundred percent.

A must see when you visit Berlin. The retro vibe of the restaurant located in the top of the TV tower is amazing. Food is by Tim Raue and it shows. Views are phenomenal and you get 360 views because the restaurant revolves. One level below the restaurant you get to check again what you actually saw. Berlin is beautiful

I combined the visit with a marriage proposal, something truly special on Germany's tallest television tower. The breakfast in the restaurant, as well as the staff, also get 5 stars.

What’s not allowed

Bikes, skateboards, and scooters are not permitted inside the Berlin TV Tower.

Large luggage, including suitcases, bags, and shopping bags, is not permitted inside the tower. Backpacks must not exceed 45 × 35 × 20 cm (W × H × L).

Baby carriages are not permitted upstairs but can be stored free of charge at the cloakroom.

Accessibility

The Berlin TV Tower is not barrier-free. Wheelchair users and visitors with limited mobility cannot access the tower.
