Check-in went smoothly, and there were always plenty of staff members on hand who were very helpful in providing information. The lady who told us how to get to the elevator was especially nice. Everything was perfect, except that small dishes couldn't be ordered at 10 a.m.—they weren't available until the afternoon.

The only downside: when buying tickets, it’s not clear whether the reservation is for the restaurant or for admission to the tower. Fortunately, the restaurant staff accommodated us. Other than that, it’s a must-do activity in Berlin.
