The booking via Headout went absolutely smoothly. Access to the Berlin TV Tower with the online reservation also went smoothly and with almost no waiting time - we were already at the top after about five minutes. The service was friendly and attentive. The only small drawback was that the staff member had to walk behind us on the way to the window tables and occasionally bumped into our chairs. However, the food was very tasty and rounded off the experience perfectly. Overall, a great experience that we would be happy to recommend!

It was simply wonderful—we were able to skip past the other people waiting and be the first to get into the elevator, which took us up to the viewing platform and then straight to the restaurant. We had a window seat for almost two hours and were served delicious food by attentive, unobtrusive staff. We'd love to come back!!!

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The service was friendly and everything was delicious. Consideration: The stairs at the entrance and at the top leading to the restaurant are a major challenge for people with disabilities. Perhaps something could be changed on the ground floor?
