The uncomplicated handling right up to the entrance to the restaurant. And the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Last year I was rudely reprimanded by a very elderly member of staff. Very courteous staff in the restaurant who take great care of their guests. Thank you for that! I know far different times up there! Food, drinks great, a little spicy, but otherwise good. I would love to come back with my young people to see Berlin at your feet. Please keep up the good work! Kind regards, Karin Selchow.

Everything went well. The only problem was that we were only admitted to the TV tower 15 minutes before our reserved table time. As a large tour group had just passed through in front of us, there was a traffic jam at the security check. As a result, we were only in the restaurant at the last minute. People who have ordered tickets for the restaurant should be let into the TV tower 30 minutes before the reserved time.

It was an amazing experience, celebrated my 40th birthday in TV tower and sphere restaurant !! Today 12 September!!Customer service is a 5 star in the restaurant!! the fastest elevator both ascending and descending .. the view is ecstatic !! Checking in was just like at the airport, so security was very important. The food was very tasty, even if the price-performance ratio wasn't quite right. But we could see the sunset in the restaurant when our table was facing west. Unforgettably beautiful.

We go to the TV Tower for dinner every 2-3 years, the location is so great, especially with the sun setting and the street lights starting. We also had a window table again. It's clear that this event is quite expensive, (gets more expensive every year too) the food is good, albeit overpriced, the drinks are totally overpriced, that's nothing new either. BUT the fact that there is ONLY the 1h45min time slot for eating (this was not the case 2 years ago) and that the tables are occupied as often as possible to maximize profits is very unpleasant. The staff MUST constantly push you to order and consume quickly, so it was no longer fun to gulp down our expensive food and drink, and we didn't order any more dessert. I very much hope that the management will think carefully about what it means when such reviews accumulate, especially from real Berlin guests? We had breakfast for two and were able to enjoy the great view. The food and drinks were delicious and very tastefully presented. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We will definitely visit the restaurant again, perhaps for dinner. We can highly recommend this excursion.
