Easier access to the museums and attractions I went. But would be good if the catalogue can be sorted in the operation hours of the attractions, so that it will be easier for planning.

Having to get tickets via app called headout was difficult. It took me a long time to get the app and find tickets. I would prefer to get tickets as pdf via email so please offer this option to future customers like mecwho dont want to have to get another app on the phone. Philip cooper

Convenience and reasonable prices. The only issue in France was the office not open on Sunday to assist as we had a challenge with reservations

it is a real easy train travelling planning and booking especially for those without seat reservations, the rail planner apps is also easy to use Suggesting the seat reservations fee and the system to be much more improved as I booked for some trip but said FULL so I have to FIND which are not full, eventually it happen thay when in the station, the TRAIN MANAGER, can always find EMPTY SEATS for those who want to change to earlier time The seat reservation fee is too expensive as in many cases I can see if I DARE TO TAKE last minutes booking, the ticket to pay is MUCH CHEAPER than the total I pay using global pass plus seat reservation, this is not fair somehow
