Enjoy a one-of-a-kind and sophisticated supper at the Hakata Dojo Yaesu, where the crab shabu and sushi tempura skewer luxury course is sure to wow you with its delectable offerings. Patrons can anticipate indulging in high-quality foods such as fresh crab meat that has been cooked to perfection in a soup that is simmering and a variety of sushi components that have been expertly deep-fried and skewered.
Shabu crab is a well-known Japanese dish that is prepared in a hot pot by simmering fresh crab meat in a simmering broth. The broth may be made with a variety of ingredients, including kombu (which is dried kelp) and bonito flakes, amongst others. Vegetables like Napa cabbage, scallions, and mushrooms are often added to the pot during the cooking process. To complement the meal, guests are often provided with condiments like ponzu and goma (sesame).
A creative take on a traditional Japanese meal, skewered sushi combined with tempura is a lot of fun to eat. Sushi components like fish, vegetables, and rice are threaded onto skewers, given a coating of tempura batter, and then deep-fried until they are crispy. After that, the skewers are doused in a number of different sauces and garnishes, including mayonnaise, eel sauce, and sesame seeds, among others.
A meal experience that is both memorable and luxurious can be created thanks to the attentive and knowledgeable wait staff, as well as the stylish and warm ambiance of the restaurant. In order to provide a one-of-a-kind eating experience, each dish is presented in a way that is both artistic and delicious.
