It was very smooth. From booking tickets till going onboard. The experience was worth the money. We enjoyed.
Something to make sure is we have to be there on TIME for this activity since it's a group tour.
Make sure you hit Kilim Geo Forest Mangroove Tour as Langkawi has many such tours.
You may have to find the vendor through their local name.

Our guide was pleasant and friendly. He showed us different nature mangroves and went to a batcave in pinang caves. Guide took good care of us when I got sea sickness from kayaking, kept at our pace.
