I had to go the next day because everything was already booked. It was a wonderful experience, as were the ones in Malaga, Granada and Cordova. Many people lined up to get in in the rain but it was worth it. Very efficient and attentive staff. I had gone early, but they do not let people in unless 10 ,20 minutes before the time stamped on the ticket. The visit leaves one's mouth open at the majesty! Beautiful!

The price is excellent because just visiting the Alcázar from the official website would have cost us almost as much as the package we purchased with bus + Alcázar. It was very easy to download the tickets from the app and we got into the Alcázar very quickly. The only downside is that the tourist bus stops are not very well marked and we had a bit of trouble figuring out where it would stop on our first trip. Overall, however, excellent value for money.

The official Alcazar website wouldn't take any of our US credit cards or bank cards. Other ticket resellers only sold tickets with tours at a much higher price. We were able to buy here for a small fee, and the tickets were sent via email 2 hours later. No issues with entry. Would definitely recommend.

Tive problemas para chegar ao local no alcazar e tinha passado o horário de tolerância!! Porém acho deselegante proibir a entrada ou ter horários obrigatórios a se cumprir! É sem lógica isso!!! Na catedral podia entrar fora de horário e no alcazar não!! Não gostei ! Experiência frustrada

Booking was fairly easy, with the only drawback for those who aren't "digital natives": out of two bookings made, only one could be printed out on paper; for the second, I had to install the Headout app. Frankly, I didn't like that.

The Royal Alcazar is a very interesting landmark to visit in Seville. The gardens are relaxing to walk around and are in great condition. In some areas the English text on the signs is not clear, this could be improved. Overall well worth a visit.
