1. it was delightfully easy to book tickets and to pick these up from Dennis, one of the people with the blue umbrella. 2. Dennis then gave us a charming and humorous introduction to the 4 sites - including a little about himself, born in Prague of Chinese parents - Chinese Czech, or Czech Chinese, with excellent English. This i had not expected and it was greatly appreciated - especially the memorable defenestration! 3. There was enough room for everyone, it was not overcrowded by any means. We loved each of the 4 sites, the history was fascinating. in addition was the very worthwhile climb 287 steps up the St Vitus Church Tower, for fantastic views Also very helpful were plenty of places to eat. Thank you for a wonderful day!

The tickets were easy to book online and instructions on where to go/meet with the booking were good. The introductory talk was excellent, very informative and our guide had good knowledge. We would have given 5 stars but found that St Vitus Cathedral had very little information unless you purchased an audio guide. We felt that some general description on boards in Czech and English would have helped confirm what we were looking at. Similarly in St George's there were some boards but they were all in Czech. It was difficult to use a translator on a phone because of low signal, narrow space and very low lighting conditions.

Guide had a lot of knowledge, very good. Done areas could use a little longer time to get to see more. So in that sense the tour could be a bit longer. I'm not sure if the tickets we got could be reused in the attractions the same day. Was in the middle of the day so was a bit crowded. The guide radio system worked really well, except inside the signal disappeared if we got in separate rooms. Great starting point of the tour. The orange umbrella could have been more visible at meeting point and at some points during the tour, difficult to spot when it was not unfolded. Considered opening it when there are big crowds.

The tickets ultimately worked, but we did have some issues with them at St. Vitus specifically. Two of the three worked fine, but I was denied entry and a kind employee at the info center had to physically walk me past the scanner so I could get in. Also, the audioguide this ticket comes with is trash. The official ones have dozens of stations with specific information with signs everywhere, but the one from this app has a grand total of like a minute and half of info for the entirety of the cathedral. I was incredibly disappointed. I would definitely buy directly next time and not use Head Out. The lines to get tickets onsite were never more than about ten minutes anyway.

Started right from the beginning our 20 min mini overview of the area and buildings from the tour company. Our English speaking Canadian guide was very knowledgeable, captivating and theatrical in his delivery which helped retain and look forward to our day. Although a lot of people was well organized and never felt overwhelming. Over all a very wonderful day took longer then expected to get through it but we thoroughly enjoyed it all. Quality of food at the sight was also very delicious. Great quality and cost effective. Luv the historical houses and seeing what life was like in the days.

The purchase of the tickets worked well, we found our contacts quickly. The historical introduction was interesting and full of data, but a bit too long for a cold December morning. The sights were organized in a very touristy way, you were channeled through everywhere and had to squeeze through narrow doors and stairs with other tourists. Nevertheless, we really wanted to see the cathedral. Unfortunately, it is difficult to worship there. You are not allowed to sit down and there is a constant stream of tourists everywhere. Nevertheless, the cathedral was the highlight.

The introduction to the castle by our guide was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the overview of the castle so we could plan how we visited the different sites within the castle complex. It was fascinating to see that there was still a good amount of activity for it's use also! We had no idea it was still a huge part of the government of Czechia. My favorite part was St. Vitus cathedral and also finding the torture chamber on our way out. What incredible architecture! Would love to visit again.

Please meet the representative with a blue and white umbrella in front of the main entrance to St. Vitus Cathedral, who will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors.

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)

Optional online guide: With this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details (user name and password), allowing you to log into the online guide.
