We had a 0915 tour but because of a strike the Palace didn't open until 1030 causing ticket issues. Our guide, Mathis, was very tenacious in making sure that we would be able to enter and do the tour. Mathis was very knowledgeable and energised. We are so glad we persisted with the tour. Thank you Mathis.

Versailles tickets were sold out on line but headout made it happen for us in addition we had the bed tour guide who was so versed in the history of Versailles and took us places that other tours don't go. A fantastic experience. Really, memorable.
