The Lake Como tour was indeed an experience with the scenic boat excursion, and it was truly unforgettable. The entrance was difficult to find because staffs there tell us different places to go. We managed to find it eventually but another problem was that we needed to download the app to show QR code. Best is to just to send us QR code in email, otherwise it's difficult to download outside without wifi since we are overseas travelers, we need wifi somewhere to download the app. Make sure you instruct that to ticket holders that downloading app is a must before the experience.

The tour was great specially with our guide Elena. She's very knowledgeable and very organized in managing a group of 60 people. Our driver Mr Klaus is a bit strict but he was a good and safe driver overall. I wish there was more time to spend on each area. if I was to do this again, I think I will just do the Lake Comp and Bellagio combo. There wasn't much to see on the Lugano trip and it was a longer drive and a shorter stay. Overall, it was a good tour!

I will definitely give 5 stars. The guide Lina- the best guise ever. She told us very interesting stories, also taught skme Italian words. Also, the best thing was that my husband and me were lost in Como and were late for the bus for 25 minutes and she did not abandon us, was waiting with patience. I am very very satosfied woth the tour.

Easy to purchase and worked well. Just showed the QR coded ticket in the regular entrance line and walked right in. Ticket to access the terrace roof was definitely worth doing. We did the stairs but you might want to use lift if you have problem scaling 200+ steps.

The 300 steps to the top weren't as hard as I expected! And absolutely worthwhile. This was a highlight of our trip Europe. It was wonderful to see the architecture and statues up close and the views were amazing. 100% recommended!

The cathedral was beautiful, clearly marked and well organized. The weather worked out for us, so I definitely recommend visiting all parts of the cathedral and definitely don't miss the rooftop with its beautiful views of the surrounding area
