It was almost excellent. We had no issues with the tickets for the Uffizi Gallery because we received them by email, but since I didn't have the ones for the Accademia Gallery, I had to argue with the ticket controllers because they claimed I didn't have combo tickets. After 5 minutes, they sent me about 150 meters away to a shop where a lady finally gave us physical tickets. The whole ordeal wasted about 20 minutes of my time and a lot of nerves. If we bought them online anyway, I should have been able to see the tickets in the app. Good thing it ended well, but it was still unpleasant.

There were endless queues in front of the Accademia Gallery. The tickets bought via Headout meant skipping the lines and getting inside on the specified time slot. The Accademia Gallery is small and was packed with touristis, but the exposed art is marvelous. And the Uffizi gallery is just unforgettable - not just the works of art but also the building and its interiors. Uffizi is more comfortable for seeing the paintings and statues as the space is large and you have time to observe and explore. Also the cafe with roof terrace and view of Palazzo Vecchio was great for taking rest at coffee and a delicious lemmon cake.

We enjoyed the visit. I thought getting the tickets would be a little more challenging as there' re a lot of visitors waiting outside of the academy and the street was packed but amazingly the agency was very close to the entrance so was much easier than I expected. The staff was very kind as we asked if it would be possible to bring our entry time forward, and they did their best to get us in a little earlier, which we really appreciated.

Easy way to get tickets for the Accademia! The Accademia itself was already sold out when I wanted to buy tickets and I was able to get the combo tickets easily and for the day and time I wanted to go. The whole process was simple and worked out great! While smaller than Uffizi, seeing the Statue of David in person makes it a worthwhile stop if you are in Florence! There was also plenty of other beautiful pieces to see there too!

Discover Florence, its architecture, and its history. To visit Florence is to see the famous David at the Galleria dell'Accademia. Expectations were met: they were waiting for us at the meeting point at the agreed time, and we went right in without waiting in line. The museum is wonderful, organized, and clean. The audio guide was good and self-explanatory, but it didn't suggest an order to follow during the visit.

A unique experience. They changed our entry time to the Galleries, but we had a great time. The second floor, where the most famous paintings are, was a bit more crowded, but you could still view them in detail.
