Really good, people seem to be put off by the steps at salt mine but no problems at all. They are down steps and then a lift back up to the top! Amazing tour guide! This is a must see. Factory was great too, all about polish history and Oskar Schindler. Very moving

Came with my mom and sis – honestly, we thought the salt mine sounded a bit odd, but it was actually SUPER cool. Anna (our guide) cracked jokes and kept things interesting, even when my feet started to get sore from all the stairs. My advice: wear sneakers, the floors get slippy! I wish we had a little more time to just wander at the end, but all in all, def worth a visit if you’re nearby.

What a DAY! I came solo and was a bit nervous, but the group was friendly and Anna made sure no one got left behind. Walking down all those steps was a workout (my calves are still sore), but each chamber was more magical than the last. The underground lake looked unreal… was kinda bummed you can’t take pics everywhere. But honestly, it made me look more and enjoy the moment.

Absolutely fascinating place!! Wasn't sure if it'd be worth dragging my parents down all those stairs, but turns out, it was their fav part of Krakow. The salt carvings are wild, and Anna explained everything in a way my dad (who doesn't speak much English) could still follow. Looooved the underground cathedral. Only downside – no flash allowed for photos.

I’d give this 6 stars if I could. My partner is obsessed with geology, so this was basically the best day ever for him. Shoutout to our guide, Anna, for being so patient with all his nerdy questions. The chapel down there is something out of a movie – can’t believe it’s all salt. Wear comfy shoes, and maybe skip if you’re claustrophobic.

Went with my girlfriend on a rainy afternoon, and wow, glad we did. The salt sculptures are EPIC (like, whole chapels made of salt?!). Anna was really funny and knew so much about the history. It did get a bit chilly down there, so bring a jacket. Little crowded at the start, but it thinned after the first section.

The salt mine is a must se. The guide was excellent and tour area very well presented. The carving of the last supper is superb. The Schindler factory tour is less about the factory and more a museum of the occupation of Krakow during WW II. Very well done and upsetting in places, understandably, but there is nothing of the factory itself as it was emptied after the war. Both tours were by third parties. The first by Krakow Direct, well organised with good transport and driver to the mine where mine guides took over. A1 visit and guide. There was then almost two hours to wait after this tour when we were dropped off at Schindlers factory. Despite our booking containing the line 'meals included' nothing was and we had no contact with Headout at all. Essentially this wasn't a problem as there's Restaurant Paleo opposite the factory which was ideal with good food and friendly staff. The factory guide was good and explained well but we found we were missing a few parts of the museum.

Salt mines was good the guide was brilliant from the beginning to the end. How ever this is where communication broke down we was dropped off at a spot with no idea on what was happening after for schindlers factory...the driver didn't let anyone know we had been dropped off so we waited 10-15 minutes and decided to walk to the factory ourselves to no avail there was no one there to explain what was happening so I then had to text/ring a random number luckily we got a response and after a few hours of getting lunch and some wandering around we finally got in to the factory at 16:30 our guide Monika I think 🤔 was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable added to the experience. Then we was left to make our own way home when I thought it was a drop off back to where we was picked up at the pick up point it wasn't again a complete breakdown in communication our guide though Monika told us the exact route back on the tram which helped us out immensely can't thank her enough. Overall experience was good but would I use again the guides 100% yes the rest no

Both guides were very good. It was a lovely day. Unfortunately we had to wait 2 hours for the factory tour. We had not been notified of this and didn't find out until we were dropped off at the factory. This was very inconvenient and we should of been told before hand also we thought we had transportation back to hotel as it said book with transportation so that left us waiting another half hour afterwards. Luckily I had all my medication with me.
