guide was awesome. He had great knowledge and engaged the group well. A couple of suggestions: - the meeting point may need more visible signage. It was raining when we got there and we were a few minutes late. Maybe a posted with the guide's photo somewhere as, the guide was not in the location when we arrived. - virtual chat. we didn't have a number in the city and found tricky to contact for last minute questions/details. there was only a local number available. perhaps a what's up chat would help?

Guida molto professionale, caro il costo del biglietto più guida considerando che il biglietto d'ingresso senza guida costa 26 euro

Guide showed up late. He was not wearing blue nor had the sign that was expected. With so many people, he was difficult to follow (not using flag or umbrella). Audio was helpful.

Guide Tina was excellent. She was very clear in her explanations of the multiple facets of the Sagrada Familia. The building was amazing and made more so by having someone able to point out and explain things.
