    • Strollers cannot be brought into the Ghibli Museum.

    • Participants are not permitted to join or leave the tour partway, nor travel independently to the stops.

    • Requests for special meal types, including Muslim-friendly, Indian thali, or allergy-specific menus, cannot be accommodated.

    • Children aged 3 and under may join free of charge, but seats on the bus and meals are not provided for them.

    Accessibility

    • Most areas of the Ghibli Museum are accessible for wheelchair users, with elevators and restrooms designed for ease of use. However, the rooftop garden is only accessible by staircase.

    • Certified service dogs are welcome inside the museum, though no other animals are allowed entry.

    Additional information

    • Tours may be canceled if the Ghibli Museum is closed or if the required minimum of one participant is not met 4 days before departure.

    • Should the Edo-Tokyo Museum be unavailable, the itinerary will include an alternate site such as Jindai-ji Temple or Takahata Fudoson Temple.

    • Refunds are not issued for itinerary changes or if guests choose to leave the tour early.

    • Guides do not provide explanations inside the Ghibli Museum.
