Did the Luxor tour yesterday and still can’t believe how much we saw in one day! The temples were just GIGANTIC (like, my neck still hurts from looking up so much). Our guide, Fathi, was a total history buff and knew all the weird facts (he pointed out a doodle someone carved into a wall 3000 years ago lol). Only downside, the bus AC was a bit weak by afternoon and I nearly melted. Still, all the water they handed out helped. Would do it all again!

Went solo and joined the group last minute. Was a bit nervous but the group was friendly and guide (Salma) made sure we all felt included. She even took extra pics for me since I was alone (legend). The temples were INSANE, especially Luxor Temple at sunset. Did get a bit rushed at Karnak but you can’t really see everything anyway. Would recommend for any solo travelers.

Went with my partner and honestly, the whole day felt like a whirlwind. We hit the Valley of Kings, Karnak, and some temple I can’t remember (so much info thrown at us). Lunch was tasty but I wish it had more veggie options. Our guide, Ahmed, really tried to keep us all together even when the crowds got WILD. Heads up: wear sturdy shoes, my sandals were a mistake.

Big thanks to our guide, Rasha, who was always smiling even when our group kept wandering off for photos. Bus was comfy, stops were well timed. Wish there were more bathroom breaks (just 2 all day). All in all, great way to see a LOT in one go. My wife especially liked the Colossi of Memnon—she says they look like giant grumpy dads.

Family trip with 2 teens and even THEY loved it. Guide handed out frozen towels at one point, which saved us (was 42°C that day). Kids got to crawl into a tomb (not for the claustro types). Lunch by the river was coool and surprisingly chill. Would do again but maybe not in September heat!
