    Getting started

    Your visit begins at the Imperial Forum ticket office, near Trajan’s Column (Piazza della Madonna di Loreto). From here, you’ll descend via stairs (or elevator for accessibility) to the archaeological site. Present your ticket and valid ID at entry.

    • Evening walks run every Fri–Sun, every 30 minutes, from 7:30pm to 10pm.

    • Tours last ~60 minutes and operate even in bad weather.

    • Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the selected date and time.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

    • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.
