We felt secure being able to download all four tickets ahead of time. Knowing how life can happen, it was especially reassuring to know that there was a great cancellation window. Fortunately, we didn't need to cancel and had a blast at Islands of Adventure one day and Univeral Studios the next, with the ability to move between the two parks. I would use this site again.

Universal love from beginning to end. The 3D rides are the Maximo is a wonderful experience to share with the whole family. The staff at the parks are very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our vist for two days at Ueversal Studios, though we found the parks very busy. We particularly enjoyed our trips both ways on the Hogwarts Express. The awiting times in queues were quite excessive so we were not able to achieve as much as we wanted and it was expesnive. No concession allowance prices for children or OAPs for a party of nine. The food within the parks was excellent and definintely superior to Disneyworld. We delayed our first day visit to the park, so it was irritainting when feedback was wanted before visiting.

Great prices and discounts, but there was a delay in issuing the tickets. The customer service was excellent and they resolved the issue quickly, but I still wasted time at the entrance when the park opened, which meant that many people got ahead of me in line for the main attractions. Otherwise, I recommend it.

Hi, it was an amazing experience!! I think getting the Park-to-Park pass was a great decision, since it lets you ride Harry's train; I recommend getting a FastPass to make the most of your time.

The tickets were easy to pull up throughout the day if needed, six as to switch parks. Also, we loved both parks - roller coasters and simulation rides were the best, especially at the new Epic park, which was epic!

    1. The park's signage is very poor, making it difficult to locate the attractions - we have to constantly use the app to get around. 2. Three different attractions experienced problems while we were in line, and after waiting a long time, it was announced that the attraction would no longer be operating, and we had to leave. 3. We ordered a turkey wing at Viking restaurant that was horrible, very undercooked
