What’s not allowed

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi

• Outside food and beverages, ice coolers, cold boxes, glass items, and potentially hazardous items (i.e. weapons, knives, etc.) are not allowed inside the venue.

• Commercial photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind is not allowed without prior written approval.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. Guests can smoke in the designated smoking areas outside the park.

• Pets are not allowed on this experience.

Qasr Al Watan

• Food, beverages, penknives or knives of any kind, scissors, long umbrellas, paints/aerosols, bicycles, folding bikes, roller-skates or skateboards, large bags that can’t fit through airport-style security scanners, tripods, and CS gas (tear gas) or any weapon.

• Drones and commercial photography are not allowed inside the venue without prior authorization from the museum.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the venue except for designated smoking areas.

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Accessibility

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Wheelchairs can be rented free of charge, while strollers can be rented for a fee of AED 40 at the Guest Services counters in Abu Dhabi Ocean.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Qasr Al Watan

• This experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wheelchairs and strollers are available for loan from the loan desk.

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi

• Facilities: Lockers, toilets, prayer rooms, quiet room, mother's lounge.

• Lockers can be rented for a fee of AED 45.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.

• Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays. Qasr Al Watan

• Facilities: Parking, restrooms, prayer rooms.

• Re-entry is not permitted.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
